Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Agreement
By creating a Batchly account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the pharmacy you're registering. If you don't agree, please don't use Batchly.
2. What Batchly is
Batchly is a record-keeping and inventory tool for pharmacies — it helps you track stock, batches, expiry dates, sales, purchases, customers, and debts, and surfaces alerts based on that information.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when signing up, including your pharmacy's real name.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, tell us as soon as possible.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Batchly for any pharmacy operation that isn't licensed to operate as one.
- Attempt to access another pharmacy's data on Batchly.
- Use Batchly to record or facilitate the sale of counterfeit, unregistered, or illegally imported drugs.
- Interfere with or disrupt Batchly's systems.
5. Your data
You own the business data you enter into Batchly. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. You can export your full records at any time.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Batchly available and reliable, including offline-friendly behavior where possible, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for losses caused by outages, connectivity issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
Batchly is provided to help you run your pharmacy more effectively, but final responsibility for dispensing decisions, regulatory compliance, and drug safety always rests with your pharmacy and its licensed staff. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Batchly is not liable for losses arising from reliance on alerts, verification results, or recommendations generated by the app.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time and export your data beforehand. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly around unlicensed operation or facilitating counterfeit drug sales.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll notify you inside the app before the changes take effect.
