Plain-language summary: Batchly stores your pharmacy's business records — stock, sales, purchases, customers, debts — so you can run your pharmacy and see your own data anytime. We don't sell your data. We don't show it to other pharmacies. You can export or delete it whenever you want.

1. Who we are

Batchly is a pharmacy management system built for pharmacies operating in Nigeria. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Batchly, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it, in line with Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA) and Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

2. What we collect

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and Batchly is intended for pharmacy owners and staff, not the general public.

3. Why we collect it

4. Who can see your data

Your pharmacy's records are private to your pharmacy account. They are not visible to other pharmacies using Batchly, and Batchly staff do not access your business records except when needed to fix a technical problem you've reported, or when required by law.

We use trusted infrastructure providers to store and run Batchly — currently Supabase, which hosts our database. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality standards; they do not use your data for their own purposes.

5. Your rights and control over your data

6. How we protect your data

Your pharmacy's data is isolated at the database level — one pharmacy's records are technically invisible to every other pharmacy's account, enforced by database security rules, not just app-level permissions. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Sessions are cleared when you close your browser on a shared device, by design.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we'll let you know inside the app before the change takes effect.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to the pharmacy administrator's registered contact, or directly to Batchly's support channel once published.
